Rolf

Managing Director

Rolf is big on planning and big on execution. He plans his “Big Rocks” every quarter, both in business and in family life and tracks these goals in detail every week. Rolf brings passion and enthusiasm into everything he does. He loves spending time with his family of four active children (usually on a mountain hike or 20-mile bike ride) and can still wheelie a long way if its not too windy!

Genette

Customer Service Manager

Hardworking and reliable – that’s Genette. Genette is never happier than when understanding and answering to her customer’s requirements. With her passionate and bubbly personality, she will be your go-to for customer queries. At home, she spends time with her family, friends and dogs and she has once walked with lions whilst travelling! That's kinda brave!

Rowan

Business Development Manager

Rowan has an incredible love for talking and meeting new people. Starting his day early, his best kind is when he's out and about meeting customers (as long as there's a coffee stop on his travels!). An avid meat-eater, who takes pleasure in striking up the occasional BBQ and is a lover of G&T. Being the outdoor type, Rowan loves roaming around green lanes, and if you’re looking for him after a day at work, you'll probably find him in his home gym.

Harvey

Operations Director

Harvey has spent his entire career in Construction and thrives on challenges and opportunities that every day brings. He loves the vibe of working within a team and is grateful to be surrounded by a great group of people working together to deliver. Over the weekend, Harvey enjoys a good glass of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Mark

Business Development Manager

Mark is a sociable, lively dad who loves helping others achieve their aspirations. He's a pro at cabinet-making and can also play the guitar like a true musician.

Fun fact – he’s written a song in the 90s called Politics!

Natalie

Key Account Manager

Bubbly, crazy and awesome to have around. That's Nat. Something weird about her? She loves jelly tots and chocolate buttons in the same pot. Nat’s been in the laminate industry for 20 years, and has recently brought this knowledge to the team at MFL. She is managing some of our valued customer accounts so if you want to hear a cheerful voice on the phone – call Nat!

Vincent

Pre-Production

An outgoing, bubbly character, passionate about coming up with new, slicker ways of doing things. Having progressed from working with the machines, he's an awesome asset to the pre-prod team. Father to one beautiful little girl and loves the good ole’ music such as Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash!

Iola

Purchasing Assistant

Aka Miss Efficient, Iola loves a hand-written To-Do list, organised in her jam-packed timeplan! She’s got a super-arty flair, and she’ll be found painting a canvas or baking some tasty creation in her spare time. Quietly crunching her to-do list in the shortest amount of time possible - that's Lola.

Dawid

Pre-Production

Dawid's cheery personality brightens up any early morning. With his background knowledge of working in the factory, he's progressed into taking the pre-prod team to new heights. He's got an awesome sense of humour and not only that - he's a table-tennis pro!

Steve

Production Manager

One of the first employees at Maxwood, Steve lives and breathes all things wood. Commonly known as the “Ginger Ninja”, he works incredibly hard every single day. He’s a pickled egg and whiskey fan and enjoys a good joke with his team – you’ll never find him without something to say!

Aleira

Key Account Manager

A chatty, fun and hard-working character, Aleira has recently joined the team, bringing a good dose of enthusiasm with her every day. Aleira enjoys planning her day methodically and is a great addition to the team vibe here in MFL. You might not want to get in her way though – she’s a record-breaker in javelin throwing!

Colin

Purchasing Manager

Nicknamed the Cool Cucumber, nothing much worries Colin. His work style is methodical and is one of those who gets stuff done without much of a fuss. He’s a country bumpkin and loves cognac, roast peanuts and a game of cricket in the good old outdoors!

Simon

IT & Systems Co-ordinator

Simon's motto is "there's always a better way to do something." With a continual improvement mindset, Simon helps to keep the business systems well-greased, and is our go-to for all things technical. He's got the personality of a Defender (according to 16personalities), organised, thoughtful and always there to help anyone.

Kelsey

Marketing

Kelsey has a great passion for organisation and a creative flair. It’s a rare sight for Kelsey to be seen without her prioritised to-do list and colour-coded calendar. She loves the team vibe at MFL and she’s never too far away from her camera and a cup of Chai tea!

Louisa

Executive Assistant

In her busy EA role, Louisa is everyone’s go-to. “Helpful” would be an understatement to describe her! A busy mother of two young boys, Louisa spends her weekends watching them play football, rain or shine. Hates coffee, but loves a tipple of Tia Maria!

Jane

Purchase Ledger Clerk

Jane has hit four years in the company and has thirty years past experience in finance. She's a well-known face in the office and has her finger deep into the finance pie. Her spare time is well-spent with family and friends, and she enjoys the occasional trip to Italy with her Italian husband!
